Review:

The book ‘Silver Hair Sins’ is one of India’s first visual-fiction. More than half of the story is narrated with the help of photographs.

The story is set in the future, towards the end of the 21st century, at a time when the religion and political divide has reached its peak, and technology steps in to save humanity. Here, Artificial Intelligence merges all religions to create ‘One God AI’.

While reading the book, I felt as if I am watching a Hollywood Science-Fiction movie. The author has perfectly portrayed the future with the help of words, and the photographs are a visual treat to the eyes of the readers. The language is simple, and the visualisation makes this book unique. The pictures were conceptualised for a story that began in the year 2088. The artists really did a great job.

The story talks about the evolution of human life and how people are going to use technology in the future. The story revolves around three characters – Mary, Azad and Aasma, as they try to grapple to survive the dystopian world of murder, manipulation, sacrifice and love.

In the story, we see that the criminals were classified as ‘a certain group of people’ and they were controlled with the help of a silver chip that was infused in their bodies. So, what’s the function of this chip? Can One God AI be misguided? Can One God AI completely eradicate the social-religion-political divisions? Is it possible to hack One God AI? To find the answers to these questions, simply grab a copy of this book. Trust, the story will keep you glued till the last word. I finished this book in one go.

Rating: 9.2/10.
