Review:

This book is about finding a ‘Newer You’ – A Happier You. It focuses on improving mental health. Previously, wellness was about physical wellness. In today’s world, wellness includes both physical and mental. We are living in a world where people don’t speak about mental health problems, due to lack of awareness and ‘What others would think?’. If you or someone whom you know is suffering from depression, then the best medicine to beat depression is, Let’s Talk about it.

Priyanka’s ’26 Days 26 Ways to a Happier You’ is a good book, that can help you to improve your mental health condition. The author has talked about the various aspects of mental health in a very simple and lucid way. I found the book to be self-explanatory. The author has also added some incidents from her own life, which makes the book interactive – the readers can easily relate them to their life.

Bhagavad Gita stands the test of time. Its principles are timeless. They are applicable at any time, place and circumstances. It’s the ultimate book of motivation and management. This chapter raises the expectation levels of this book. I would have loved to see some slokas and their explanations and how one can use them in their lives to combat depression and other challenges.

So, want to discover a newer you, a happier you?? Then, download and read the book for FREE.

Rating: 9.2/10.

Author’s Note: If you want to talk or share something then, feel free to share it with me. I am a regular listener of a radio show and a member of its listeners’ community. Over the years, I have interacted with many people and tried my best to help them. If I am able to help someone in a small way then, their smiling face makes me feel that I am the happiest person on this Earth. Smile and the world will smile with you. Keep Smiling.
