Diabetes is a condition that occurs due to high levels of glucose in the human bloodstream. It occurs when the body doesn’t produce an adequate amount of insulin. Most common forms are diabetes are – Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes.

  • Type 1 Diabetes: It is the most acute form of diabetes that affects the way the body processes blood sugar or glucose.
  • Type 2 Diabetes: It is the most common form of diabetes where the pancreas produces little or no insulin.
  • Prediabetes: It is the condition in which blood sugar is high, but not high enough to be type 2 diabetes. The best part is that one can easily get rid of it if they follow the guidelines shared by the doctor.
