Dr. Amrita’s book ‘Nutrition Diet Myths & Life’ focuses on the importance of eating right. The book aims to bust some nutritional beliefs and myths that we hear about.

The book also contains a comprehensive guide on diseases like Hypothyroidism, rheumatoid arthritis, cancer etc. Here, the author has shared how we can stay from such kind of diseases. She has also highlighted the role of eating the right food at the right time to keep ourselves protected from seasonal diseases.

In her book, Dr. Amrita has also highlighted the relation between food and mental health. Yes, our diet influences our mood, OCD (Obsessive Compulsion Disorder) etc. The author has included a bonus content – excerpts from her upcoming book ‘Veggies & Power Veggies’.
